This lovely restaurant is definitely worth the hour-long wait. It has a wonderful atmosphere, perfect for enjoying a meal with friends. I ordered the shrimp, which was fresh and well-seasoned. The cheese, served after the meal, is also great for the price. The ambiance is bright and airy, with comfortable lighting and air conditioning. Overall, a fantastic dining experience! What User doesn't like about Olive Garden Italian:
Let's be honest: Olive Garden is the best Italian chain out there, but we primarily go for the breadsticks. Overall, the meals are average in taste. My main complaint is the smell when you walk in; the carpets really need to be replaced with something like laminate or hardwood because the place has a musty odor. If they could address the smell, I would definitely come more often for the decent food and those deliciou... View all feedback.
I ate there with some friends on Sunday and there was a 45-minute waiting time. So we ordered a pfirsich bellini and while we waited, the manager brought tasting the calamari and filled rigatoni to try for people in the waiting zone! After we had set ourselves, every pasta was tasty, and eating was quick! our server, sarah, was short and at the point. overall it was a good experience!
Kennedy was the best server I have ever had! And I eat at a lot of restaurants. The food was actually excellent. Their gnocchi chicken soup is absolutely fantastic!Totally impressive atmosphere and service for a chain style restauranr. 9.5/10 would eat here again. And five Kennedy a raise. I don't know how much they make, but double it!
Hostess was unfriendly and needed training in how to greet and treat us. Temperature in the entire restaurant was very cold. We asked hostess to please have the air conditioning turned down. She hesitated, seeming uninterested. Customers to our right and left then supported our request. She said then, unenthusiastically, okay. A while later air conditioner continued to stay on. Finally, I asked a male waiter to ask the manager to change temp. He politely agreed and did so. However, after a while, still nothing happened. Eventually, manager came to our table, no smile and cooly said she had been busy in the kitchen when the young man told her. Apparently, the hostess had never said a word. Manager then went to change thermostat. Restaurant warmed for a little while, then soon very cold air again. We gave up as the food was good and we would soon be leaving. Suggestion: Olive Garden needs to do some serious training of it's staff in PR and temp needs to be better regulated. We used to go often, but for last 3-4 years have stayed away, mostly because of these very issues. One good note. Our waitress was very good, polite, skilled, attentive, obviously trained some other place. I live 1 1/2 miles from Olive Garden. It's a shame this place where once we and friends loved to dine has gone down so much. Oh, very few customer in the restaurant for obvious reasons, so large crowd was no excuse for the service. Husband and I halved our meal, as we often do, as we do not eat as much now that we are Seniors.
Another horrible experience at this location!! I didn't get what I ordered and they didn't put the soup in the bag either!! And served me a plan cheesecake with no topping!!!!!!! I mostly definitely don't recommend this location and if you do place a Togo order here..... definitely check your bag!! This location has really been going down hill over the last couple of years!!! I just can't get over the fact that the manager Cedric telling me that I should have checked the bag like it was my fault the order was all messed up....I definitely won't be coming back!!!
This place is so good and the food never disappoints but this one time the forks and spoons had left over food. Very disgusting but it's never happened again. The food is 5/5 the breadsticks is just amazing, don't even get my started on the salad.
