Frustrating experience. Well done to the two young waiters who at least made an effort but the management in general appeared disoriented and unprofessional. Over 45 minutes long for 3 pizzas (empty restaurant and finally, little empathy from the pizza chef who didn't even try to hold us back or at least apologize for the delay... A suggestive invitation to leave and we understood the message (lol . Unfortunately ours at Portofino; an experience not to be repeated. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

If you are looking for good Italian food don’t stop here . When We visit this place the restaurant was almost empty and we wait 45 minute to get our pizza that frankly speaking it was not good. Ordered pasta vongole and lasagna. After waiting 1.5 hours for our food, we were disappointed. Pasta was a normal portion but the lasagna was really minuscule. We have been ordering here for years and the portions were always large, but in recent times the lasagna has become smaller and smaller, half of which was tomato sauce, see photo. I had to make another sandwich after dinner because it wasn't enough. It's a shame that I spent 30 euros on this. Previous times we also had to wait too long for portions that were too small. After a complaint we were offered a new portion, but apparently it is structural. No more Portofino for us. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Food: 1
