Giovanni's Roast Beef Pizza - HOOKSETT

I ordered the steak tip salad, the steak tips were cut inot tiny pieces to make it look like there were more on it there was not that there might be 1 1/2 steak tips. She was cold, not heated. I ordered extra green peppers, extra cucumbers, extra olives. They gave me 3 cucumbers together, how many do they normally give? , and only 4 olives, how many they normally give them are definitely much smaller than before and much more expensive. I hadn't ordered Giovanni in a while, but I'm working in Hooksett, NH, and I realized they had one. I won't order them anymore. Very disappointed.

My friend and I ordered some cold parts. They were ordered quickly as they were not very busy during a Sunday afternoon. There was a partial power failure in the building, and some devices didn't work, but the crew was really apologetic for customers coming to get hot orders. I also heard that they called customers to inform them about the problem.

I went there for the first time since I moved from Nashua NH to Hooksett NH, I thought the food would be great like the one in Nashua NH, but I was totally wrong, the fish sandwich dinner was overcooked, the bunk was hard and inedible, the fries were overcooked, I also ordered two big pizzas, a pepperoni and a sausage, my grandchildren loved pizza, but ate the dishes. I was not impressed by the service or the food, will not go back there. Very disappointing! People could hardly speak English and they are much overpriced.

I've got the order of the sweet potato fries they were totally black, I'll go in and show them. I said this would never leave out. He takes one and pauses in half to show inside is orange and says this is the way they should be. No, I don't think so. They gave us our money back and gave us another order that was much light brown, not black. Second chance review, because everyone has a bad day. Had a cheese pizza, Steak cheese Italian sub delivered tonight. I must say, all were great and the delivery was fast. Much better then my first experience with this restaurant.
