Although they were busy, our drinks were brought out quite quickly and they managed to get all our food out at the same time. The service was fast and attentive and our place in the restaurant was very comfortable. Red Lobster is still my favorite restaurant? What User doesn't like about Red Lobster:
A group of 6 of us had reservations at 3pm. We got there early, around 2:50 or so. We were sat in a section waiting on the shift change. The server was 20 minutes late, it took 40 minutes to get our salads, 3 of our Cajun chicken pastas were over seasoned and you could tell it was sitting in the window because most of the noodles hardened from it. We had to ask a manager for refills and to check on our food. I would... View all feedback.
Mahalo i? My first experience in Red Lobster and even a delicious festival! We have the full advantage of the Bottomless Shrimp Monday night offer at 25 dollars a person is fantastic quality. A wealth of fresh, super fat and delicious shrimps over four different flavors. My personal favorite by far and all my refills were Wooden Grilled Shrimp, who had them a dope wooden and barbeque-like smokey texture. They tasted so good, my stomach had to stop me before my brain could catch up! Our server was great and a super nice guy, he even bagged me a few refills (Wooden Grilled natural) to go what another great dish made for next day dinner. Also sniffed me a nice hot sauce to immerse these crazy good shrimps. Don't drink the cookies.
Terrible experience here tonight. Reservation for 7pm got us attitude and hard stares from the front desk clerk. After ordering appetizers and our main course, we waited maybe 8 minutes for some OK appetizers. This is where the waiting began, it took red lobster 70 minutes to give us our food. After countless, it 'll be out in 10 minutes we finally got our food after an hour of waiting. The lobster was rubbery and lukewarm at best. Pasta was bland, shrimp was Ok. The rice was fridge cold, not even an attempt to quality control was attempted at our dinner. The excuse for the wait? 2 large parties had come for celebrations... The restaurant wasn 't even half full. If they are unable to accomodate a half full restaurant, then they are surely incompotent for a full and busy night. I strongly reccomend you consider other spots for your business, unless you plan on staying 2 hours, endlessly waiting for cold, tasteless food.
Lobsterfest Birthday dinner for my hubby. The mussels are the tinniest ever I had eaten. ?. Others are good.
Red Lobster. A nice place to come dine if you're in the mood for seafood. I'm not personal fan of lobster, but my other half showed me that there are other things to order that don't have lobster included in the dish, so I got myself a shrimp cocktail, calamari, and crab legs. There are also fish plates and other things if you're allergic to shell fish, you just need to look at the menu carefully. : Big thank you to our server Craig who was on top of his game and also being considerate about how we would like our food served. It's really appreciated. ? Also, if anyone is looking for somewhere to apply as a job, red lobster is hiring at this location. ?

My salmon was decent and the potato was very salty.
