Always good service! And the drinks are always delicious, even... parking can sometimes be difficult as it is a busy shopping mall. Park at McDonald's, as it gets easier! On November 2nd at 8:20, I visited a restaurant and ordered an acai primo. However, when my order arrived, I noticed that it did not contain any berries. I went back to the cashier to inquire about the missing berries, but was told that I had not ordered them. I tried to redeem my reward and worker is not helpful at all when my reward is not in the system. I only can redeem it by placed order online. Not friendly and not the environment I like at Jamba Juice. July 24 4:30pm
Busy when i got there, friendy staff, 4 stars cause my cold buster wasnt blended well, hard to suck it through the straw!

Craig K. This restaurant is a great spot to enjoy cold, refreshing, and fruity drinks on a hot day. The staff is also very personable and friendly.
The workers at this restaurant need assistance. They have been short-staffed lately and as a result, the service has been very slow. It's not their fault. They should consider turning off mobile orders and delivery services like DoorDash and UberEats since they are struggling to keep up with in-person customers. Our drinks were watered down and my bowl was more like a soup.
