The truffle burger with garlic aioli and mushrooms was stinkin amazing, and hubby got the BBQ bacon burger(pic) and he loved. Prices were good for Norway. Definitely try if you like flavor all the way through. Note, this is new owners apparently and the hours are open every day. Almost missed because Google has diff hours.

(the shrimp is apparently spicy to an uninitiated palate. definitely a must-try if you're in the area.

The reason for this low review is to perhaps get the attention of the proprietors and let potential clients know that the original King Crab house was recently... read more The reason for this low review is to perhaps get the attention of the proprietors and let potential clients know that the original King Crab house was recently sold and there is apparently no seafood on the menu- yet the name remains the same. I was looking forward to eating fresh king crab in an upcoming visit to Honningsvag, but apparently that 's not possible. If I 'm wrong, I hope the new owners will comment and I 'll then take this review away. Otherwise, this is to let travelers know the status. I 'm sure locals are not deciding on the new restaurant 's merit based on my writings today.
