Sister Wah Beef Brisket - Hong Kong

Small small restaurant specializes in clear beef briquettes. The restaurant won Michelin Star every year. It sits about 20-25 people squeezing into a small table. We arrived at 1130, right before lunch. There's always snake in front of the restaurant. 10-15 minutes waiting to be prepared. Should it go? only if you're nearby and scratched for beef noodles.

Michelin-recognised since 2012, this cattle briquette Nudelladen is one of the best in HK. The clear cattle broth is tasty and the beef breeze tastes in the mouth. Other signature dishes are beef, sweet noodles and fish balls. There is a selection of wide or thin noodles (al dente texture) or traditional flat rice noodles. Also try some curry sauce with your noodles or a bowl brewed radish. You will not be disappointed!

Great comfort food in an inconceivable store. Service is good and people are friendly rare for Hong Kong! I liked the curry beef brisket noodles.

This shop got even more popularity than too late, thanks to appear on several YouTube and TV programs where I first heard from this place. Let's just say that the reputation is well deserved because this could be the best bowl of the beef noodle soup I've ever had in my life. The broth was so light, but was impossible packed with rich, fleshy taste in every swallow. The tenderness of the flesh seemed just as ineffective... it pulled so gently apart and had a wonderful swelling... incredibly amazing. Also the noodles were beautiful with the right amount of strength. Impressive to say the least. My only regret was not to visit again!

Very good! We came for the Michelin recommendation, and had the beef brisket noodles and added wontons. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Flavors were subtle but full. Food was affordable and arrived quickly, service was good and place was clean. Would recommend!
