Came here for lunch at weekends, thought they could offer lunch, but was said to them during weekend lunch, they only offer dinner menu. Would have been better if they could advise us if we made the reservation. We had the 4 course meal, food quality was very good and service was also great. However, the proportion was rather small. What Jacey Fadel doesn't like about Le Rêve:
Menu has a variety and presentation is good. Staff know the food ingredients well and serve food in good manner though they do not present any emotion part and the restaurant lack that soft touch too. French techniques Japanese ingredients wonderfully beautiful culinary experience. The ambience of the restaurant is like a bed-side story with the touch of feathers, dream collectors and lion tooth centerpiece decoration. The menu is also full of surprises. We tried the 6 tastes. And there are two surprise dishes designed by the cook. I love the amadai, crispy and yet as soft and smooth as slipping into the stomach. The meat dishes also great, the lamb shelf is excellent. Do not forget the foie grass, it comes with chestnut paste and yogurt ice cream, the unimaginable flavor combination!

Wine pair dinner ard 1700 per head, they got the details in presentation but the taste is average. Fail to bring out the freshness in several seafood dishes, they serve meats pretty good tho. Unlikely to revisit.

French Japanese Fine Food On 10 F from “Zing!” with lounge bar area and outdoor seats, Le Rêve combines the culinary arts of French and Japanese cuisine, with exquisite fusion of fine culinary experiences to impress every table. Charcoal bread paired with smoked butter, Fried Seaweed At a warm temperature served and had a beautiful soft texture, the carbon bread tasted slightly sweet and goes well with the addictive smoke butter. Zucchini salad An impressive burst of aromas consisting of fresh zucchini, cucumber, okra, sous vide cherry tomatoes and an appetizing blend of Balsamico vinegar and yogurt cream sauce. Truffle cream soup Slowly shimmered for hours, the delicate chicken shreds were delected with truffle, cream and basil oil.
