Pollo Tropical 10019 - Homestead

The only reason I give him a 3 is because the rice was crispy and it made me very unpleasant to eat! Everything else was pretty good. It takes a while to get the food, but overall not bad. But the food is always a hit or miss.

Dear food, BUT, they must have new management because customer service is now crazy and not in a good way. When I ask for Sauce on the side, they say NO. If I ask for extra sauce, they'll say no. If I say I'll pay for the sauce, they'll say no. Now, if I ask for salads and tomatoes on my sandwich, guess what they say?! No! I asked why and the answer was that the BOSs did not like it.

I'm very dissapointed, there's a long line to go through. I come to the place to just order to find out they do not have any of the vegan items on the menu (vegan piccadillo, wrap or vegan chicken chimmichuri). So I can't order food, but I'm determined to wait for the five cars before me to get their food before I can get out. Pollo Tropical please stop advertising your vegan menu if you do not keep it in stock.

What a joke. 3rd time in a row, I get a baby chicken piece that is barely larger than the fork... No napkins No sauce (why even ask? No bread (again as I was already standing and asked for expected things I should have checked inside. I feel they laugh at me when they gave me this piece.

This is crazy burned pollo not pollo tropical!!!!!!! I always ask for the beans to be just the juice,i remark about wanting just the juice,and every single time they dont get it right.same goes to the one on sw 288 st and sw 137 av also in homestead.
