Compared to last year, the food was not as good. The breakfast burrito was tasteless. The buffet was very good, but they ran out of plates and bowls and were slow to replace them. The table service is very friendly and efficient. Prices are what you would expect at a resort restaurant. Parking is very expensive, $32 for the first 3 hours, promised a voucher but the process did not work. We have no plans to return nex... View all feedback.
What Maricela Viquez doesn't like about Counter Point Café:
In short, I didn't like it. It is very expensive for the size and flavor of the food. I don't agree that they want a tip just to get paid. When paying they suggest 18 to 25% tip, fatal. I ordered an Avocado Toast, the portion was very small, it was a simple bread with a little avocado, spread and radishes. The Chai tea was not bad, my daughter ordered a Muffin and she didn't like it either. View all feedback.
Went for Mother's Day Brunch so not sure vs regular menu. Nice, but looks like hotel breafast venue. Staff including hostesses very pleasant. On buffet, high end entrees like Chilean sea bass and skirt steak were excellent
Sherrill at counter point cafe is amazing. She has been so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Such a pleasure. Definitely recommend.

I wish I had taken pics!! We had the pizza, a Cuban sandwich, a Philly cheesesteak and it was all delicious. We got a ton of snacks and a chocolate chip cookie at least once a day which, my god I can’t say enough good things about it! It was fresh; baked on site morning and afternoon, and truly just scrumptious. However, what I loved more than the food, was the service. Everyone was super attentive and friendly. All that said, I really want to give a special shoutout to Lucy! She was lovely, gracious and very kind from the moment we got there till our very last day. 10/10 recommend!
After hours of attending an event at the on-site convention center, I went on a food run and conveniently found Conter Pointe Cafe. The experience was great from the very start. The employee, Sherril, was beyond kind. She was very friendly and engaged in conversation, all while keeping it very professional. So much so that here I am, writing a review! I felt the need to go out of my way and share my experience. Aside from the exceptional service received, the Margherita Pizza was very tasty.
