Contribute FeedbackThe restaurant in question received a variety of reviews from customers. Some expressed disappointment with the food quality and overall experience, noting subpar ingredients, inaccurate menu pricing, and slow service. Others praised the attentive and accommodating service they received, as well as the delicious dishes such as duck confit and escargot. The ambience of the restaurant was also a point of contention, with mentions of musty odors and disrepair in the facilities. Despite mixed opinions, there were those who felt warmly welcomed by the staff and enjoyed unique menu items such as frogs' legs. Ultimately, individual experiences vary, with some diners vowing never to return while others look forward to revisiting.
We have gedinted through the weather. the room is dark and must be improved with small changes such as tablecloths, candle holders instead of plastic battery operated votiwkerzen on the table and flowers in a vase. eating was just okay. we ordered three orders from boeuf bourguignon, the strict bark meat, very thick gravitation and a few carrots and carrots had the bistro 1902 burger was very good, but difficult tho eating the mushroom risotto was excellent, but the chicken addition was dry.
In total, underestimated, they took half an hour for the appetizers.
If it wasn't on the waiter with big customer service, I would give this place 1 star. That's the third year I was here and the third year I had a terrible experience. we start with when we sat, they didn't have any menus and if we have one, they were missing. After 20 minutes we finally got our drinks. because it only uses 2 server for Valentine's Day and hour later our drinks. then it started to rain and we moved tables to a table I had to stop from falling. 2 and half an hour later we got our food. the mushroom risotto was blande and actually the only thing they taste was the truffle oil in which it is. my wife got the squash ravioli, which actually only 3 of the seven ravioli are squash the rest are cheese. the 2 hours we expected, we had only one drink and a warm glass water. the waiter never had the chance to come back. the brot is good, but this is all we have eaten for 2 hours. my honest opinion is to stay away from this place, at least for vacation maybe there is brunch good, but nothing else is and as I said I tried 3 times with the same results. Maybe the owner should stop being so cheap and actually renting server, at least for the celebration.
A beautiful culinary experience. richard was extremely noticeable when needed from table selection to rain umbrella. delicious duck jam and bronzini entrees. escargot was wonderful. our second time here, and we'll be back.
Very disappointed, French bistro serves wine from Spain and pasta?
