It's amazing how consistently dysfunctional this place is. There's always something I can't have or do, or they're messing up my order. This time, they didn't have the sandwich I wanted or my second choice, I couldn't use my rewards points, they used the wrong type of cream in my cold brew, and the sandwich they gave me looked like it had been run over. I had planned to just grab a quick coffee, but unfortunately encountered a rather rude barista named Violetta. The coffee was decent, although not exactly what I had ordered, but the overall service was unacceptable. Bought some mussels today July 3rd, at home noticed they are from 6/18! Like more that 2 weeks ago... They Smell so bad and have that slimy bad touch,indicating they are dead long ago. As a proof boiled and steamed some and non got open .. Why are you guys selling this if it's already went bad? People can really get sick or die.. Won't buy anything not packed in Harris Teeter anymore.. big disappointment!!!
Review of the Starbucks inside the Harris Teeter. The morning staff, led by Violetta are always prompt, courteous and quick to fulfill orders. There is never a delay in waiting for my order. They also let you know of the latest new items and the store area is always very clean and organized. Great job to Violetta and her staff.
Bought hot chicken for dinner. Their daily special for 4.99. Got home and the chicken was soooo dry. Look at the label and the pack time is 09:17am! Wtf guys? Seriously? This chicken has been sitting here 9 hours?! Should be made to be ready for dinner. Who makes chicken in the morning? Do better.
Harris Teeter and it's employees remain the same awesome store with good customer service throughout this COVID-19 panic. Sometimes I walk into the store and the produce is completely gone, other days I walk it and it looks as if nothing has changed. The employees are working really really hard to keep up with the impossible demand the customers have been putting on them. Everyday they go to work and put themselves at risk but they still come to work. Thank you to all the employees. You are doing an amazing job. While others get to stay at home, you still show up, stock the shelves, clean the carts, and keep the aisles neat.
We entered the store it appeared clean but lacked sufficient carts. Many people were going back out to the parking lot to retrieve their own. Most everything that we were in search for was in stock. The cashier was meticulous about bagging our order. Good experience overall.
