I’ve been here a few times. I go there every time I need to drop a Ups package which is next door to this shop. Not very welcoming. Expensive. Bakery items look good. Tastes ok. They can do better with service, items and availability.Food: 3/5

By far the best eclairs I've had. Even better than the french bakeries in NYC!!!I was on the fence because I've had so many dissapointments with poorly made eclairs but one of the ladies actually got a spoon of the custard for me to taste and it was amazing. I took my eclair home with some of their hot chocolate and it was heavenly.The chocolate topping on the eclair was perfectly crafted, eclair was flaky and the custard was just wonderful.My kids got chocolate chip cookies which were great!My hot chocolate was velvety smooth and perfectly made. Not too sweet.I am sold.I have found a new gem in Holly Springs.I've tried to come during the week but tgey don't open in the mornings.Kid-friendliness: Yummy for kids of all ages. Nice and peaceful atmosphere. Saw plenty of families.Wheelchair accessibility: Located in first floor. Easily accesible.

The business owner is very unprofessional. We ordered a lemon cookie with few other things. The lemon cookie was horrible. The owner did NOT agree to change the cookie for us and told me it’s my problem although it’s our first time for us. I do NOT recommend this cafe please stay away.
