I believe this woman is the manager or a supervisor. Next time I go I’ll have to ask her name. She is very pleasant! The food isn’t always fresh I will admit that. The service is applaudable. I have frequented this location since working in Holbrook. Recently I ordered an Italian crispy and it was microwaved so much that it was soggy. Also when asking about what size mozzarella stick they have they told me only the largest size. If you order a meal they only offer medium and large never a small unless you say no I want that small(forcing you to get an up charge). Service: Take out
