Domino's Pizza - Hoffman Estates

Years ago Domino's ran a campaign commenting on the negative comments they received about their product and how they plan to fix it. Turns out that over the years they've done a very good job at that. I've placed over 60 orders at this Domino's over several years and maybe one time they failed to deliver an order at the promised time and even then a) it was out of their control due to getting slammed and all of their drivers on runs; and b) the manager on duty called me to inform me of the situation, prompting me to convert to a carry out order. It is this communication with the customers that sets this store above other pizza chain stores in the area. The pizza itself is freshly made and quite tasty whether you get the hand tossed with the garlic butter on the crust, the pan pizza with double the cheese or even the thing crust that has oregano to add spice. Those wanting to save money can even look online for special discounts for better deals. Just be sure to tip your driver! (S)he will greatly appreciate your generosity. One final thing even though it says Domino's on the marquee, this is a franchise locally owned and operated by one person who hires local employees. So, when you give money to this establishment, you're helping people in the community and not just suits in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Irresponsible drivers who tailgate you on the road. Pizza isn't that good. They don't wash their hands enough. If you're vegetarian they definitely don't care and will touch all the meats before making your food. Do better.

I order from other dominos and never had a problem like this guys think they own they company I asked about my order history am telling me I'm wrong!! An cut me off I was parked out side I walked in to order calmly and as I asked for the WORKER name refused to do so totally inappropriate an rude wouldn't surprise if they would do something to the food WOULD NOT ODER HERE AGAIN

Worst ever!! They gave our order to another customer, then make us wait for 20 mins so they can make another. They mess up the 2nd order as well by making them in the wrong size 2 mediums instead of 2 large pizzas. Then they get cranky at us for not accepting the wrong order !! My poor kids had to wait a total of 75 mins before they got their pizza. And the manger was soooooo rude the whole time. I cant believe that Dominos hires such rude staff ... what is this chain coming to?! It might be time to switch to Pizza Hut or Papa Johns!!

Pizza took too long to arrive, and driver was rude. Along with giving incorrect change.
