as it turned out, the early rolls were not vegan, but were listed on the menu for months as so. on the vegan menu is also a “Citard”, but it was not good for the milk-free. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mr. Good Guy:
aged with the below evaluation, best to check what is vegan, as it is not marked on the menu. not many options and quite expensive for what they get. bao is not vegan. still good food and beautiful interiors View all feedback.
Fantastic meal and brilliant service. the chili bugs were amazing! also beautiful for asking a fussy 6 years old!
Had the chefs selection it didn't disappoint!! So much flavour goodness!!
Really nice food, takes you on a tour of culinary flavours! Will be back soon!
Atmosphere as great, really spacious with a great fit out. Service to begin with was fantastic, but after we were served mains that is where it ended. Plates were taken once we finished and we sat for roughly 30 minutes without any follow up and no offer for dessert or additional drinks. The food was fresh but not overly flavoursome. Rice dish came with soy/chilli/ginger sauces to add to dish, but it definitely required more.
Our bill was graciously waived when we found a small pebble in the prawn and scollops dish, most likely hidden in the seafood that was hard to spot in the first instance. The ingredients are fresh and the flavour was spot on otherwise, we do recommend including a serve of rice to help balance out the flavour and make the dish complete.
