The restaurant may not have the coziest atmosphere, but it is decent. There are many options on the menu, although the English translation can be a bit confusing at times. Fortunately, one of the waiters spoke good English and was able to explain the dishes. We ordered tofu in sauce and mushrooms, as well as Thai pineapple fried rice, and all of them were delicious. We noticed several locals coming in and enjoying their meals, with many of them ordering noodle soup and spring rolls. It seems to be a popular spot for locals, which is always a good sign.
The restaurant lacks pictures and does not clearly indicate which dishes are vegan. One dish mentions using fish sauce, but it may actually be a vegetarian version. It is difficult to discern from the ambiguous names like "x wrapped in the cloak of a king" or "fried rice with green pearl," which is said to be a green fried rice featuring spinach. Despite the confusion, there are enticing and unique dishes like stuffed tofu with tomato sauce, fried noodles, and tofu stuffed in mushrooms available.
We visited a vegetarian restaurant twice a day during our 5-day stay in Saigon and it was the best. The food was very tasty and reasonably priced.
