I would probably rather change the food concept and make a classic potato cake with a meat vegetable mixture. As I don't need vegetable garnishes, it would really sting here, because I couldn't even swallow it. Just my recommendation to the restaurant make a cabbage salad with dill, i.e. something similar as a garnish, most restaurants have it, it makes sense the 5x5cm leaf of Chinese cabbage, a slice of orange and a tomato wedge really won't fix it . At least the cabbage garnish would have saved the dish a bit and it wasn't dry. You have potential. Beautiful place, skilled service, just the food was not good. As someone already wrote here, there is no gastrocompetition there, a hungry person quite often has no choice in those places, so he is happy for this. However, we specifically went there for lunch thanks to the Google rating.
