Food was just okay. My chicken sandwich was dry and looked like it was left out on a heater or something. And the boneless wings didn’t have enough sauce on them. I mean it tasted good, but it could’ve been better. Service was good, and probably one of the cleanest zaxby’s I’ve ever seen.

Maurice at the Hiram store in GA gave me exceptional service with a great attitude especially after I asked certain crew members to wash their hands after cleaning I got a bit of an attitude from one of the front line females but Maurice had no problem with it was very polite and smiled making me feel appreciated This is my favorite location we need more employees like Maurice Go Eagles

If I could give 0 stars I would. Literally never left a review in my life, but this is ridiculous. They have GNATS in their ice. Got to the end of my drink, opened it up, and found TWO GNANTS. Who knows how many could’ve been in there. My boyfriend’s drink also had black stuff inside the cup. Disgusted and lowkey traumatized.

Wife goes here alot, but today they were off forgetting multiple items i ordered and i didnt want to go back after i made it home. No sauce for egg rolls, paid for extra salad dressing and I didnt get it, and didnt get my daughters apple juice in her kids meal. ?
