Burger King - Hiram

Please do not leave the premise until they double check their order. they always count their change before they go! had an evil desire with the business manager and staff when I returned to complain about my order and wrong change. they didn't say our problem and can't do anything about checking them before they left. they blame you if you're inappropriate.

I went to the burger king today in hiram georgia and I usually begged on my food, but a reason why it wasn't there. I ordered a speckroyal meal with tweebel rings. the woofers were hot and fresh, but my sandwich wasn't on it. my flesh and speck was very dry and my sprit was full of carbonic acid and tasted terrible. I tried to call them and inform them, but of course no one answers the phone. they have to make it better and of course I would have given a zero point if you were to give today.

Husband and I are going to eat, and we never had a bad meal! They are understated at the moment, so you have to wait a bit. but it is worth it!

I'm not coming here anymore. they need to set better employees with more beautiful settings that can get a job right. eating is good. I'll give him 1 star because of the staff. I wanted to give 0 stars, but that's not possible. have a great day.

I absolutely HATE this location. They are so, SO incredibly rude!!! Any time I go through this particular drive thru, they rush me and act like customers are a burden to them. It's not my problem you have your job. Perhaps quit and find a profession that suits you. The man who took my order today, Thursday, 2-10-22 was so pushy and rushed me to get my order done. I only ordered 2 meals, one being a kids meal and an extra drink. I get to the window and the woman just hands me my food and again acts like I'm a burden to her. I asked nicely for a side of zesty sauce, which I do every time and the woman about came undone. She asked if I got onion rings, I told her no it's for my fries. She gets an attitude and tells me it's 25 cents for each side. I said that's fine, no issue at all. I go to get my card from my wallet again and she hands me 2 sauces and shuts the window in my face. I'm like....???? Okay....? She then waves at me with a smirk.I don't know WHO let's someone like her work for them but they need to seriously reconsider!!!Clean house because your ADULT employees are HORRIBLE.
