Dairy Queen Grill & Chill - Hinton

I asked for something they gave me the littéral opposite of what I asked for I asked for a royal blizzard that isn’t on their menu no priblem so I asked for a ROYAL choco brownie blizzard and I got a Reece’s pieces blizzard instead (which I hate) this isn’t the first time this has happened.

We sat outside on patio with tons of weeds growing between road and patio. What would it take to spend a few minutes to pick the weeds and make place look presentable. Ordered chicken fingers with onion rings. Was surprised 4 chicken fingers comes with only 1 sauce. Onion rings were very bland and undercooked.

The location of this DQ is superb as it is located right beside the Quality hotel in Hinton. Therefore on a hot day, we must go to the Dairy Queen. Service was great, food as expected, DQ is always good.

The drive thru part is a little tight to get through, placed our order, lady was so very friendly, burgers were awesome, banana split was awesome, except mom didn't get a cherry, my Sundae was awesome will be back

Hey folks, I never thought i am gonna write review here but i must do, I visited this place last week . I went on drive thru.I must say this guy Neal is really great guy . Super friendly, smiling I ordered more than 60$ Meal including blizzards and food as well , when i pulled up to window this guys Neal have big smile on his face.they make our meal so fast , i was surprised . Not much restaurants have this kind of staff nowadays, He even make sure that we are happy with the blizzards and with food.! I will visit there again if i am near by the town.! Excellent service.!!
