Well worth the trip to Hillsboro. Anything here is terrific. The hard part is deciding what to have.

What a great slice of western history with delicious fresh-made food, memorabilia on the walls and items for sale. Always busy, but worth the wait! Business is for sale if you're looking!

Excellent small restaurant serving classic diner and New Mexican food in 19th century historic digs.

I like to eat the green chile cheeseburger with french fries and lots of ketchup. My mother likes to eat the different kinds of Mexican foods there, and she always says that she loves the taste and texture. It's nice to know that you can keep going back there to have a good meal and make your life more happier.

Update: Tried the burgers for lunch and it was good. I also tried their pies, also very good. Still recommend eating here. Great breakfast and service. I was impressed with the quality of food. I am returning the next day to try lunch. I recommend a visit to this restaurant.
