Hillsboro Diner

Food was great, service was outstanding, the only bad thing it was really busy. Still got good service.

We ended up here unplanned, but was surprisingly pleased with the food. I ordered the chicken fried steak and really enjoyed it. Streak had a crispy crust but was tender enough to cut with a fork. It was well seasoned. Gravy was pretty good.

This is our first time at this location and it did not disappoint. I have to give a special shout out to Leah. She definitely was the star. She gave us great customer service and was a super sweetheart. We look forward to coming to this location more often and we hope to get Leah. But the other staff seem to be just as friendly so I don't think we can go wrong. The food was excellent. We had the bacon and eggs and hash browns and my husband had the omelette with the ham and Tillamook cheese and a stuffed hash brown and it was awesome. Everything was hot and fresh. Omelet was cooked perfectly.. our wait staff was extremely friendly. Took a while to get our food..but we had a large order and it was pretty busy in there. I have no complaints.

Reasonably priced, friendly staff, and quick service. They also provide a decent portion size. When I'm looking for a good early morning breakfast this is always at the top of my list for the area.
