What Jerry Kezhaya doesn't like about Dairy Queen:
The young woman who took our order at the counter was very pleasant. We opted for takeout for our meal, which fell into the "Other" category. The price per person was quite affordable, ranging from $1 to $10. As for the food, I would rate it a 3 out of 5, with the service at a solid 4. The atmosphere was also a 3. If you're looking for a recommendation, I suggest trying the Banana Split! View all feedback.

This morning, I felt the need to voice my concerns. We arrived just a few minutes after the posted opening time, but the side door was still locked. After waiting a few minutes, we tried the front door, which was also locked, despite seeing at least two people in the kitchen. We waited to see if anyone would acknowledge us, but they just kept working in the kitchen without responding. We even noticed the same situation happening to another customer who was waiting in their car. This is not how you keep your loyal customers happy.
I'm referring to the customer service experience. After a long wait of over ten minutes, I received only half of my order, including two milkshakes, with no explanation from the person who handed it to me. While waiting for the second shake, which seemed to take forever, I ended up knocking on the window to inquire about it. The server finally showed me my second shake and informed me that the ice machine had run out of ice. This highlights a flaw in customer service; if they had communicated with me about the delay due to a problem, it could have greatly improved my experience. It's really not difficult to keep customers informed, and doing so could help prevent reviews like this one.
