Modern Market Eatery - Highlands Ranch

Was pretty disappointed at our last visit this past Sunday. I hadn’t been to Mod Market in a few months. I asked a few questions about seed oils and employees referenced the recipe book and it was still unclear what contained seed oils. I asked if the chef could make a chicken breast w/o oil, and the employee said “all of the food comes packaged and already prepared.” That is not the old MM I know. They used to pride themselves on fresh ingredients and quality. Disappointing. Also, our order took very very long. Maybe 30 minutes? I don’t know if they forgot about us or were just understaffed. The GF pizza crust was not what I remembered-very dry and flavorless. The BBq pizza had so much (very sweet) sauce on it that I couldn’t eat much of it. (I also asked for it on the side which they forgot about). Don’t think I’ll be going back in awhile since HR has a SweetGreen location now and they are excellent quality.

This was my first time to a Modern Market Eatery, and I am thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere is definitely a five out of five with their new remodel. The services is excellent. The gentleman taking our order gave great detail of each dish and what to expect. Our food arrived very quickly and was delicious. The curry salmon is definitely a fan favorite as it is packed with powerful flavor.Kid-friendliness: High chairsWheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of parking with handicap accessible space. The dining space has enough wide open area to accommodate a wheelchair at a regular tabletop table.

Came here for lunch with my wife and absolutely loved the food! We both ordered the basil chicken sandwich and they were phenomenal. The flavor was great and it was a pretty good sized sandwich. My wife also ordered a cup of their tomatoes soup and said that was always very tasty. It’s also great to know they’re about sustainable sourcing and you can tell everything was made fresh to order. Not too many places care about fresh ingredients so we also appreciated that! We’ll be back!

The pizzas were soooo messy and super, super salty! My child was taken aback by the strong salt flavor! We couldn't get just broccoli and sitting down at their tables... the chairs are so dirty, it was hard not to gag! The tops backs and fronts of tt he chairs, the seats... soooo disgusting!

I use to love this place as a healthy food option. NOT ANYMORE….. after looking at nutritional values I discovered sodium is off the charts on almost all meals. Saturated fats are bad… etc!!! Not really as healthy as you think!!!!
