What User doesn't like about Five Guys:
I visit this place often, but my recent experience was not great. The service was very slow, and the fries seem overpriced. I used to get a larger portion for what I used to pay, but now for $7.50, I only receive a small serving. Is this inflation? It feels like $7.50 for fries is too much—I'd be better off getting them from a sit-down restaurant that includes fries with burgers, and the total cost would be the same. View all feedback.
So we had a horrible time getting take out a couple weeks ago. We ordered our food online and my husband left as soon as the order online was complete. He walked into complete chaos. Now, I understand that places have a bad night here and there but they literally never called out takeout orders and my husband was never acknowledged. The manager on. duty was also yelling at customers to sit down and wait for their food. Our food ended up sitting for 40 minutes and was basically inedible. We were offered a refund later in the week or they said we can just remake our order. Since this is our go to place we decided to let them remake it, which was a huge mistake. Our order was completely wrong and we didn't receive fries and this time they weren't even busy. I don't really even want to go back from now on. Plenty of places to get a burger in Highlands Ranch.

I will definitely eat here again and I recommend to them to do the same!
Order online last weekend and they did not accept orders. came tonight on a Friday around 19 o'clock and the doors were locked. the workers were there, seemingly boiling, but no guests inside, restaurant was dirty and the workers shook me the head as if they were closed. I looked at at at least 4 types in there as if they were cooking. they should have a sign, at least the people know they are closed. visit another place that goes forward.
Store reminded me of a Jerry Springer episode. Worst experience I have ever had in restaurant. It was busy and I fine with waiting my turn, but orders were not getting processed correctly. Workers were yelling at each other telling each other to shut up. Online orders were not being filled in order that they were received. Watched 8-10 people come into store, order, and receive food while I was waiting for my online order for 40+ minutes. One staff member was yelling at guests using unprofessional language. Staff openly were talking about guests in disparaging ways. I finally had to ask for a refund and leave. Was not even refunded for my tip I added online. Will never ever come back to this location. Was legitimately worried two workers were going to fist fight.
Very friendly location. I had a lost item and one of the staff members helped me find it and held on to it till I could get there. The meal experience was exceptional. Everything was cooked perfectly, it really tastes like a real good old-fashioned American hamburger. Just seems so hard to find that these days.
