The waitress forgot accompaniments, I had to get up twice to ask for sides. None of us cared for the coleslaw. I have 30 years of restaurant experience, I am also a long time fisher person, both rod and reel and spear fisher. I have caught and cleaned my share of grouper and cod. Today was our second experience eating here. We had a great first experience. Today was different: short staffed, our order was wrong (and the waitress insisted it wasn’t), and overall such a disappointment after our first trip. We love going to Highlands for day trips, but we won’t be back any time soon. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
Showed up for 7:15p reservation to a closed restaurant. We have been here previously several years ago and were looking forward to dining here again while in town. We were surprised that we did not receive a courtesy phone call regarding cancelling our reservation. We had to make alternate dinner plans on the fly.

Summer Salad topped with salmon and a peach sangria made a perfect combination. The outdoor seating by the creek made it the perfect dining experience. I will definitely be returning. Service: Dine in Price per person: $50–100
