Went day before father's day, party of 7 for dinner: service was very good even though they were busy. Don't think anyone didn't enjoy their meal. It is more expensive but I feel like you get a lot of food for your money: dinners all include soup and salad. Seafood and meats were all cooked well. View all feedback.
What Sam Keshvari doesn't like about Theo's Steaks Seafood:
Food is very overpriced and also was disgusting. The manager and servers were was very racist, and funny acting. This restaurant also forces a gratuity onto the customers which isn’t fair because the service that was given didn’t deserve a tip. When asked to take a steak off the order I was told “you shouldn’t have ordered the steak in the first place, and that I couldn’t take the steak off because it was “already made”. I know this wasn’t true because I asked to take the steak off before the waitress went to the kitchen. Will not return this place is a rip off. I’ve been to way better restaurants and any time a customer asks for something, there shouldn’t be any backlash given. The disrespect of the manager as well as the waitress is not acceptable, I will not return

The staff was Amazing, food was the Best around NWI. The waitress was friendly and had Great suggestions. Well Worth the Money, will definitely be going Back. Wheelchair accessibility: Very accommodating.
Nice place. After initial confusion of seating our group of 8 at a table for 18, our visit went fairly smooth. SUPER attentive service from Tyler. Can’t say enough good about him. When the lemon rice soup arrived I saw it was made with dairy and he quickly switched it out for me to the vegetable beef, which was pretty boring as it reminded me more of grandma’s soup instead of something from a restaurant in this price range. House salad is iceberg lettuce with one tomato slice and some vegs which was okay. Bread was abundant and brought to the table twice. Some of the dishes ordered were the pork chops, chicken Marsala and the lake perch. Those ordering the first two were pleased with their dishes. The lake perch was a bit boring sautéed in butter and needed seasoning, which seems to be absent from any table in the restaurant. My side dish of grilled veggies was prepared properly and had good seasoning. Next time I visit I would like to try ordering a steak as that seems to be their specialty. My score is based on the great service. I would visit again although as I live at the opposite end of the state I cannot say when that will be.
Went for my wife's birthday and was very satisfied. I'll be going again? Parking: Very easy Kid-friendliness: The kids were there to eating with their family.
