Norton's - Highland Park

Unfortunately, the service was terrible. the waiting staff seemed to be overwhelmed, and our server gave usdirty look when we politely asked for sweet potatoes and more water. the restaurant had a fair amount of people, what is good, right? Well, they did not seem prepared for the crowd; two sandwiches lasted 35 minutes to reserve from the time we had ordered - and we had visited our server when we set ourselves that we said a little time crack---he said yes, no problem? Just like our server didn't care if we had a decent experience. we both schroff and said 'no really cares more, even if restaurants continue to need patrons to rebuild their businesses.I asked to go 'container on the 30-minute mark, and never got. so we had to put our food down too quickly. the food was decent! service and attitude: terrible!

The menu is very extensive and offers a wide variety. Everything is yummy and the portions are generous. The staff is very attentive and treats you like family!

Service was friendly and good, atmosphere was fun and light. However, the food quality not so. Especially, the salads were below par. Fresh fruit came in a plastic box.Second experience way better, so I increased my rating to 4 stars. very friendly atmosphere.

This place is awesome. One might say it's a little expensive, but trust me, it's worth it. The waiters are both friendly and knowledgeable and Richie (the owner) is always around, contributing to the great environment.(P.S. order nachos as your appetizer or entree. You won't regret it. They're the best nachos I've ever had
