Baskin-robbins - Highland Park

I love the carrot cake and also the ice cream!!!!! its so GOOOOOD

At 2 a.m., there were no donuts, bagels, or croissants available at Baskin Robbins or Dunkin' Donuts. I was disappointed with the lack of options.

The ice cream is quite expensive compared to a standard scoop on a regular cone. However, the cakes are delicious. If you're willing to spend around $8, you can enjoy a fancy dessert such as a brownie, dipped waffle cone, or a tasty shake/smoothie.

My experience at Baskin Robbins was disappointing. We ordered two cappuccino blasts through the drive-thru and specified no whipped cream, just cinnamon on top. When we received our order, it appeared to be poorly blended and very splotchy. Despite pointing this out to the employee, she insisted it was blended properly. Additionally, we did not receive a receipt. As we drove away, we discovered that there was an overwhelming amount of cinnamon at the bottom, on the sides, and on top of our drinks, causing us to nearly choke. It was not just a sprinkle, but rather a few tablespoons of cinnamon powder.

I ordered a brownie sundae and received a large bowl of chocolate ice cream with almonds. I also ordered an Oreo sundae and received cookies and cream ice cream with a cherry on top. It seems like this location has trouble reading orders accurately.
