What Idris Evans dislikes about No 7 Bistro:
Very disappointed that when I called to make a reservation for my wife and I and our daughter, I was told 'sorry we don 't cater for children '. My daughter has been with us to a Michelin star restaurant, without a problem, so this place must be far pretentious! View all feedback.

Simply the best, make the most of their hospitality before the end if October. Cannot rate them higher. Parking: Park outside Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
3 of us turned up without a reservation but luckily we got squeezed in. Varied dishes of chowder for a starter and langoustines, Crab de Mornay and fillet steak for mains no room for dessert! Food was delicious and good value for money a lovely treat! Staff were welcoming and friendly too. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £30–40
We had another fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. Thank you to Stuart, Suzanne, and the rest of the staff for their excellent service. We dined in for dinner and the price per person was between £20-30.
We arrived at the restaurant after making a reservation and were escorted to our table by a member of staff. As other diners came in, they were promptly given menus and asked for their drink orders. However, after waiting for 30 minutes, we had to ask for menus ourselves. Eventually, a staff member brought them over and took our drink orders. Another 15 minutes passed before our order was finally taken. The starters were decent, but our main dishes were disappointing. I had requested peppercorn sauce for my partner's steak, but it never came. My own main course looked haphazardly put together. The bill came out to £72.25, which we felt was significantly overpriced for the quality of the meal. Overall, we were not satisfied with the service and felt like we wasted two hours of our evening. In hindsight, we should have left. The customer service was abysmal. Service: Dine-in. Type of meal: Dinner. Price per person: £30–40.

The restaurant received mixed reviews, with some customers praising the staff, atmosphere, and food quality, while others complained about poor service and disappointing dishes. One couple felt the meal was overpriced and unsatisfying, regretting not leaving sooner. Another group enjoyed a delicious dinner, highlighting friendly service and great value. A separate guest praised their dining experience and excellent service. Despite some negative feedback regarding children not being accommodated and rushed service, the overall consensus seemed to be divided on the dining experience. Service received: Dine-in. Meal type: Dinner. Price per person: £20–40.

A little overpriced and eat averaged, but the dessert minty mayhem was amazing
