Good food. They misheard that I just wanted the tenders and gave me the chicken tender sandwich, which was not a big deal at all cause I just wanted to try the new chicken. Know it's not y'alls fault but very sad the loaded curly fries are gone! View all feedback.
What Jason A doesn't like about Arby's:
Woman at register was kinda rude. She obviously did not want to be there. I worked for Arbys a long time ago. I dont imagine its gotten any better with time so i dont blame her for her unhappiness , but on the other side of the coin, I didnt put her there. That was her choice. Thats why service got a 1 star. Due to them being short of staff their dinning room was closed. Being that we has taken a cab to Arby 's wanting to try there new burger sandwich. Only finding out after our cab pulled away that we needed to use there drive through to place our order. After walking to the door seeing the sign. God bless April one of the staff members that saw us get out the cab, she came to the door and knowing it was impossible for us to got through the drive through let us stand inside the door out of the heat and she took our order with a smile while apologizing about their dinning area was closed. Hats off to 'APRIL ' ARBY 'S on North Main in High Point NC.
I love the food however the price is just too much. I've been sitting in the drive-thru also for 20 minutes just every time like this I come here
Service was excellent in the drive thru. He insured is the fries were fresh and hot. Noooooooo they were not Burger was ok
The food has gone a bit downhill. The flavors are still good, but it feels like quality has dropped over the years.
Food is good. I kind of get the feeling that I was bothering the folks behind the counter by ordering but maybe I'm wrong.
