We placed an order via take away on August 15th. We waited exactly 2 hours before being delivered (holiday...I see you coming but don 't abuse it)! After an hour (we are even patient I think, knowing that it was 59 minutes on the app) we rang the first time to find out where our order was and the gentleman told us 15 minutes. 20 minutes later still nothing... so we call back, there he is trying to explain something to us but speaking very little French he passes us the delivery man who tells us that he has broken his bike and that another delivery man is taking the relay! Ok.. well, he talks to us in a not very friendly tone.. after I asked are you sure because otherwise we cancel it 's been 1h20 since we ordered ... he says to me but yes Mrs! And hang up... well... the order arrives 40 minutes later! (You should know that the snack bar is 5 minutes from my house by car). Obviously, as we feared, it was more than lukewarm! Fries all soft, quite greasy and mixed anyhow in my plate of calamari. Many calamari it is true but dry and greasy. My companion 's road trip was hearty but even warmer than my dish! We had already had a first experience where we had waited almost 3 hours and where we had also suffered the car breakdown this time.. But we wanted to try again because mistakes happen.. now we are fixed... NEVER AGAIN!!!! NOT SERIOUS!!!
