I visited Uncle Stavros for breakfast yesterday, and it was so fantastic that I felt compelled to share my experience. It's quite challenging to find genuine hash browns in the South Bay, but this place serves some of the best I've had, paired perfectly with three eggs over easy and crispy bacon, accompanied by wonderfully delicious homemade toast. Sooooo good. We cried when they left and were over the moon when they came back! Love their food. Greek omelet is my fav with their home made toast. Now I'm hungry going to Uncle's!

It was so good that I literally returned today after I had the brunch yesterday. Beachside and breakfast cannot be beaten.
Fresh fruit and beautiful size delicious pancakes. Loves the watermelon in the glass of water.
The staff are great. It's a family business and you can tell. I love that.
