Its hard in Subway, because its such a family friendly to tell how the people really are. But I think the people in there were ok. Theees been word of inichiations going on that day. Didn’t get to order because although the store open sign was lit, they were not open. The employee who was got pretty salty when, in a joking manner, I pointed out that the open sign was lit already. For one super slow service almost took an hour. Their Lettuce was super rotten and gross.
The last 3 times I've been there all ingredients are not added to my order.

Placed a mobile order and apparently the store was out of chipotle (which both subs were supposed to have) and the workers failed to mention anything to us and let us get all the way home just to see we got skimped.. lets just say as a pregnant woman it made me very upset because the chipotle throws it all together lol. called to figure out the situation but no one ever likes to answer the phone, took 5 tries and they were not at all busy. lady said sorry and that they couldn’t exchange for points towards account or anything. all in all if i’m going to spend an arm and a leg on a sandwich i would like to be told if some components are going to be missing from it; coming from a fast food worker, its common courtesy.
I ordered a sandwich ahead of time because my work schedule was tight and I wanted to have time to eat. The order was brought out quickly when I arrived, but after I arrived at my destination and took the sandwich out, I was appalled. A veggie should have veggies on it not this measly spattering of side items. The food was sparse and missing half my requests. The bread had been SQUISHED. When I called to request a fix, I was only given options requiring that I return to the restaurant. They remade it and it looks fabulous but now I have no time to consume it because I spent my lunch break getting it fixed. Poor policies Subway!
