Wendy's - Hereford

We went in at 10:15 in Herford Tx. ordered breakfast, I asked for coffee,but I was told it cost more to get coffee than a small drink, we were the only ones in the lobby, the girl was rude. The cook that handed our food to us was great. We took it with us instead of eating there.

I ordered a baconator fries and 2 0lain double stacks my baconator and fries were good but when i got back to the truck and went to feed my dogs the double stacks I noticed they were just regular cheeseburgers only one piece of meat not 2 like I ordered

Wendy's Amarillo offers free breakfast for all veterans on Veterans Day HEREFORD WENDYS charges 3.00 for their special!? On an item that regularly sells for 3.00 anyway ???? well I used to come here all the time since it opened when I visited my sister...me Donald's...it is!!!????????

First time in the Hereford Wendy?s! ???????????????? so dirty!! I asked if they could clean a table and she told me there was other seats I could go too. A guy in the back was playing with the onions?dropped one and threw it back in container! Everywhere I looked it was so dirty!! The chicken sandwich tasted like it had just been sitting there. The employees looked like they just rolled out of bed and came to work, all on phones when we walked in?one throwing trash came back and didn?t even wash hands. An employee?s kid was there laying on the bench alone watching something on her phone while other customers and us were there having to walk around her. Didn?t eat comfortably. Won?t come back again.

Ordered food at drive through and was asked to park the car and wait. Waited forever and finally walked in to check it out. Staff was taking a break and no one was even in the kitchen. Had to leave with no food.
