Captain D's - Henrico

Our food was A1 we came the last ten minutes before graduation. Our order was perfect. The young men there really work hard. I know it can be tough nowadays, but THEY GOT IT. Definitely will return

At the eastern end it is hit or miss most of the time on any business. I must say leaving Arby's with a refund to Captain D's on Laburnum was the best decision of the day. Elijah made everything better, He was friendly, giant smile and real. Our food was hot, fresh and delicious. His personality was the highlight of the entire event. Rate people who bring this experience to your business. He's a rare Jewell. Thanks for going upstairs and beyond.

Really good din on site for a late Saturday afternoon. Super clean, excellent service of giggling teen/twenty-two things. I like the food and love the youthful energy here!

My Mom loved CAPTAIN D's!!! I don't care for seafood but they serve tasty chicken.

This Captain D 's has an expanded menu compared to those in NW Panhandle Florida. They were literally being slammed with cars completely in circling the building via the drive thru, parking lot was full and so was the lobby. Staff is extremely efficient, a nice mix of personalities in the right positions. The cashier taking the order was a laid back younger black guy. His counter parts working the drive thru window and walking the completed orders out to customers in their cars waiting outside was very vocal young lady and cracking a whip to keep things flowing. Cooks were on their A Game as everything I ordered was correct and tasted really good. The manager came out and addressed his team and reminded me of my brother that started out working for Captain D 's in the mid 80 's. He would go on to Dennys and ultimately is now upper or executive management with Aramark. So I know when I see a good manager and a good team. thumbs up
