What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
I came to Hendersonville to eat lunch and to work since I’m in the area. I asked for wifi info and was told that there’s no password but then was told that it was down and the manager Mandy was not interested in assisting me. It’s crazy how it’s 2022 and people still are acting like they don’t know how to provide good customer service. Will not be back and I hope this store gets a better management soon. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My food order is always correct, it is a good part, and tastes great. They are always busy when I go; but I can always find a clean table.
I go to Panera most days and LOVE the strawberry poppyseed and chicken!!! The staff is so friendly and accommodating!!! I have multiple sclerosis and they help me if I need it!!! I can't say enough good things about it!! Thank you very much!
I ordered through the drive-through last night not realizing I left my purse at work till I got to the window.... I was going to cancel my order but they ended up giving me the food for free! It's heart warming to know that people and businesses still care about people... I can't verbalize how much that meant. Thanks Panera! I will pay it forward!
I had the frontega chicken sandwich with a cup of broccoli cheddar soup, so delicious on a cold day, plus I love the atmosphere and the smell of fresh coffee brewing. I don't often go there, but I might have to change that.
To eat one of my favorite places. Food and service is always great
