Mountain Diner - Hendersonville

I decided to give this restaurant a try instead of going to a chain, and I'm happy I did. The friendly woman taking my order answered all my questions. The burgers were fresh and not frozen, cooked to order. I ordered a double cheeseburger and onion rings for $10 and it was delicious! If you like your onion rings extra crispy, be sure to ask for them well done. They even included ranch dressing without me having to ask. I will definitely be coming back to try the meatloaf next time.

I am a large person and I was quite full after spending $15 at this restaurant. The food was tasty and served hot. The ambience was reminiscent of a backyard BBQ, but overall it was a very good diner experience.

I stumbled upon this hidden gem while driving through the countryside in my truck. The service was fantastic and the food was excellent. It was a nostalgic experience, reminiscent of a time when truckers could enjoy a delicious meal at a reasonable price. I will definitely return.

I forgot my order for 20 minutes before they started to do it, had to go up and remind them to get it here, have to take with me. it took 5 minutes just to take my order, tables dirty, water drops from the overhead-ac vents. so far, not so good. I'm still sitting here waiting... where I'm not back.
