What Rhomel Derpo doesn't like about Hot Pot Ramen Boba:
Decent ramen and sushi, but for the portion and the great pricing specials, this makes it a spot worth trying. The ambience is top notch and the best you can get out of a ramen spot but the awkward stares from the staff as we were eating was a bit unsettling so that's why the three stars : Restaurant has tons of potential but just falls short of amazing. Soooo good. A 2/4 spicy level was perfect; it didn't burn my mouth but still tasty. And they give you a free scoop of ice cream! We got the special 1 and 2 rolls; couldn't decide which was better. Yum yum
If not the best ramen in the city it?s top 3; including the fancy-pants strip spots and Chinatown. I got the Enzo signature or special ramen and it was delicious. Noodles held a nice bite to it throughout and never went soft. The marinated egg was executed perfectly and the broth was complex with a delightful sweet finish. They must have thought it was my birthday or karma points coming my way from their spicy ramen challenge, I successfully completed last time I was in, because it had a lot of ribs meat trying it?s best to not fall off the bone with the slightest of movement. My GF always gets the veggie ramen and Verbatim: ?it?s so good I?m not ready to try something different? she doesn?t eat meat, so if you don?t either, there is no loss or lack of flavor because of it.

This was a very tasty place. We got the creamy beef bulgogi Ramen. Spicy pork back ribs and pork fried rice. So good would totally recommend eating again!
I was so excited to try their ramen because their chashu donburi was soooo goood! But their ramen was really salty and chashu very dry!! They also have all these signs for free beer with purchase but apparently they are out of Sapporo and don?t have this anymore which is really misleading! Only keeping a 4 star because the chashu donburi was so good and the takoyaki was nice and hot!!
