At Uunisaari restaurant, our meal was served cold. The only warm option they had was a lackluster salmon soup. Additionally, their prices seemed high for what they offered. Their customer service was lacking, and navigating the restaurant with a stroller or wheelchair was difficult. Overall, I would not recommend Uunisaari restaurant. View all feedback.
Amazingly good salmon soup in a great location. a visit
I paid a high price for the burger and received a beef patty that was completely raw, despite ordering it medium. When I cut into it, blood came out. I expected the staff to come and address my experience, but the server with the unfinished burger (which I could barely eat due to hunger) was still not removed from the table after several minutes. The server was still present and never took it away. Not all customers are willing to cause a scene, sometimes it's better to check on the customer while they are still at the restaurant, just in case the meal is not finished yet.

The food is excellent and the service is also very good.
