I don't know if they're public, but we were at the hotel. You have a daily menu, I asked for something vegan and they were very happy to make something for me. Hotel Senger is a classic chalet hotel with magnificent views of the highest mountain in Austria, Großglockner The owners, Bizi and their brother Andy, lead a mixed food kitchen, but you can also order vegan / vegetarian menus. We stayed there 6 nights and had 4 amazing vegan dinners (in the other days we cooked ourselves or ate in other places). The mushroom risotto was probably the best I ever had. And the roast potatoes with fresh spinach made us smile
