We ordered a table for New Year's Day for 6 people on December 28th and received a reservation confirmation straight away. On December 31st In the evening we were informed by email that we wouldn't get a table because the restaurant was closed. Outrageous! I'm really happy after the evening there. The staff understands the perfect balance between “cheating the guest a little and giving really ! good advice” without seeming fake or “over the top”.
