What veta casey doesn't like about Flying J Travel Center:
Horrible customer service 1. 4 Cashiers with 3 just standing around talking 2. The 1 actual working cashier(Deanne possible wrong spelling) was rude and couldn't even smile and even tried to argue about needing to do a scale ticket separate from our merchandise purchase without even asking us if if we needed it to be. 3. Just had a shower here and the water was cold!!! I let the water run for 30 min and still no hot water!!! Horrible
Cashier was about the rudest person I have dealt with. She was not only rude to me but the other customer in the store as well. They didn’t have anything on the hot bar or rollers. Definitely a lot of potential but not a good experience.
It's just another J. Nothing is exceptional, and nothing is terrible. I stop here often.
Always have cool knicknacks, good drink and snack selection, gas is cheaper, bathroom is clean, and everyone is nice enough. Very rarely a wait for gas or the register. Open 24x7, even on Christmas!
Currently in shower 2. The pipes are loud as ever and the water doesn't get near hot at all.
