The manager was very rude and kept arguing with me after the whole line was waiting in the drive-through line for 35 minutes. If you check your Camera, you’ll see that I’m not lying. They didn’t even make my drink right but after waiting that long I just had to go. No receipt on my refresher which they may wrong and she argue with me about it didn’t even fill it up.
It was Awesome! They made my drink just the way I like it. It is a custom made drink, it confuses some Baristas. But I love it. Starbucks Thanks for making my Frappuccino my way for the last 20 years. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10

I have never had a bad experience until this morning at this Starbucks in Hazelwood. I ordered my tall hot green tea and coffee from my app while at home. It was was paid for already also. So I pull up and see someone at the speaker ordering. I had to pull around. They were still sitting there. No one else was in line or at the window. So I just went around to the window. I didn’t know the rule that I still had to stop at the speaker no matter what. Well anyway I was there after the time that the app said it would be ready. The woman at the speaker talked to me like I was so terrible for not stopping at the speaker. She said they didn’t even know if it was ready. Another lady came to give me my drinks. I had said that the other woman was rude. This one said that she wasn’t being rude and that she was just informing me of the “rules”. I didn’t pull up expecting to be scolded. I just didn’t know. I ordered and paid already like 15 minutes before. So I then became irritated. I won’t go to that one anymore. She said “have a nice day” seemingly in a sarcastic manner. I said, “I won’t now”. I drove away.
