Round Table Pizza - Hayward

The pizzas were piping hot and the cashier was very kind and friendly. They had cheese, peppers, napkins, and plates all prepared for my large order. I didn't have to wait or ask for anything.

I went to Round Table yesterday at the Amador location and they completely messed up my order. I always order the Italian Garlic Supreme pizza and 6 Garlic Parmesan Chicken Wings. The cashier called me over to pick up my order, and I headed to San Francisco. When I opened my box, I realized they gave me the wrong thing. I was really looking forward to my pizza, but I couldn't call because of where I was. I called the restaurant this morning and they said the pizza I received was actually the Italian Garlic Supreme. I explained that it was not, and they only offered to credit me for the chicken wings. Make sure to check your order because they don't seem to care and may try to deceive you about what they actually gave you. I'm sure the person who received my order was also complaining. Just a heads up!

I absolutely adore this restaurant! My family and I come here to get pizza every other weekend. We appreciate the generous portions of toppings and cheese, as well as the cleanliness of the establishment. The pickups are always punctual and efficient. The cashiers are kind and friendly, which makes the experience even better. This is the only pizza place we choose to go to for either takeout or dining in.

We ordered our favorite Chicken Garlic Supreme pizza today and really enjoyed it. Time to try some of the other pizza offerings here. The cashier was very friendly and had a big smile on his face as he got our order ready. He also provided a side of ranchdressing free of charge. Keep up the good work!

Place has greatly improved in the last 2-3 years...i suspect new owners as they really value your feedback. I had ordered, picked up my pizza without issue 11:30am and 2 hours later received a follow up call on things to improve . A little surprisedas this doesn 't exist and assumed it was SPAM. It was mentioned this is a family-run/owned business and can see theimprovements made to this location. Location is clean with good service, salad bar tidy, generous toppings, friendly (enough)staff and order ready when promised. The only minor complaint is pricing so sign up for the Rewards and find thosecoupons...Round Table 's King Arthur is the best! Note: if you have a complaint about not receiving your pizza on time duringpeak hours, then just don 't do it and pick it up yourself!
