A yum yum thai spot got the classic beef pad see ew a generous serving of meat portion noodles were at that good good consistency, not sticky not dry but
Sydney has a lot of Thai restaurants and it made it hard for me to decide where to go.
No more than 6-7 tables inside the restaurant, make a reservation if you can, unless you want to eat outside in the cold/ inhaling exhaust fumes. Service
Inside the place was packed. I sat outside - it was a nice evening. Immediately noticeable was the huge number of people in lime green hats - awesome service. The menu was big... Traditional dishes - eg chickens' feet and pigs trotters. I sooked out and had the chicken red curry main and salt and pepper squid entree. Both were brilliant.Take cash they have no EFTPOS.
Overdone chilli ruined what could have been a great Tom yum soup. Couldn't taste anything beyond the chilli, pretty disappointing. That's $13 I'll never see again. I'll try somewhere else next time.
