Much too expensive for average quality hotpot. we were also calculated for an additional sauce (5 servings for 4 people) and a credit card fee for the payment by eftpos. Robot waiters were not in use. I recommend going somewhere else.

No robots just a selling gimmick.The shiny appearance of this restaurant covers up their appalling customer service. Poorly trained management, rude wait staff who don’t know what they’re doing and it clearly shows.Average food, nothing special, other hotpot places have Wagyu Barbies and high-quality dishes without the high price tag and much better service.Just a well-marketed restaurant.Save your money, they’re much better places in the area to eat hotpot!

Delicious and high quality ingredients especially the wagyu It just melts in your mouth. The fish maw and roe was also a highlight, as well as the crab and roe balls. The interior is also well designed, and the waitstaff were very friendly.
