Mini Hotpot - Haymarket

This has by far been my worse experience at a restaurant yet. I am stunned at how poor the service was and seeing that we waited half an hour to get in, this was utterly disappointing. $30/person buffet sounds like a treat doesn't it? However, what they don't tell you is that they charge extra for the slightest thing like dipping sauce and an extra $10 wastage fee that they don't advise you about until you go to pay! Our total bill came out to as if we ate for an extra two people. There were at least 3 waiters/waitresses on the floor of this small restaurant of about 7 tables and none of them managed to get out orders right or on time. They missed out even the most basic of instructions and we even had to reorder three times before we were given so much as a small bowl of sauce. What's outrageous is that we had high hopes for this store and we are now very confident that we will not return.

Food was ok, restaurant looked quite rundown but the worst was the waitress who spoke to me sharply when I tried to order more food. Unfortunately they do not serve food according to the order sheet, so check what they serve as you will be fined for leftovers

We have been a regular at this restaurant for years. This is a cosy spot with authentic spices and flavours. The individual pots are great for friends with different tastes. However, do try to come early as it gets a little cramped later in the night. The services could speed up a little sometimes.

Shittest place ever omg seriously the soups were disgusting the meat were frozen the table were sticky ALSO THE serves THERE WERE SO BAD NO ONE WHO WORK THERE COULD EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH IT WAS SO HARD TO COMMUNICATE WITH THEM AND ORDER THE POT WERE SO SMALL I ACTUALLY DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Seriously the worst decision I've made! Urhhh the price wasn't even worth it $122.40 for 2 hot pot , 4 plate of meat and 2 fish balls plate wasn't worth it! I regret going here!

My first time trying hotpot and was pleasantly surprised. Small outlet and a quiet place to enjoy lunch on a cold day. We had the buffet with the Tomato based soup with vegetarian options mushroom, tofu, potato, cabbage, spinach, noodles. Delicious! We will be definitely be back.
