Short spanish lady w tatoos served my food, forgot what she had served, made no eye contact, did not care that i was waiting for my food, and served me the wrong size chicken pieces. If i did that to her i would have a comfrontation in my hands. Poorservice, no attention to detail or owning mistakes, a quality employee all around. Lets hire more like her. View all feedback.

This is the most disrespectful disgusting and unprofessional business I have ever been to. I waited 25 minutes inside for an eight piece bucket with two sides the drive-through is forever long and they take forever my food was cold after waiting allthat time and the people that work here are discussing the hygiene is gross no one is friendly! I watched a gentleman come fromoutback wearing a pair gloves go out front get a drink and walk back out back go back to what he was doing with the same pare ofgloves on ????????????????????

He said his name was Mario but he was not wearing a badge so who knows. He said, huh in response to my order. Told me I would have to come in to order what I wanted. Said o would have to come in to speak to a manager as well. I said that would take 30minutes to get out of line and he said he didn't know what to tell me because they are busy and understaffed. I Finnair get amanager who is able to take my order. I get to the window and he's singing or talking on his blue tooth and hands me the good.He gave me a though instead of a breast. I told him and he huffed at me and rolled his eyes and went and got another piece. Iasked for my receipt because I don't feel comfortable with this person and he tells me they don't have any. He gave me ANOTHEReven though I paid for the b.reast.. I was irritated with him and just couldn't deal with him anymore so I left it alone. Fastfood should not be an event that raises your blood pressure. This kid has no business working a window.
